✔️ L-Tyrosine is a natural amino acid, which is needed for the production of melanin! Melanin gives skin its brown colour and builds up natural tan.

200 mg per serving. Human research has investigated substantially higher daily amounts of L-Tyrosine. In one controlled human study, up to 4,000 mg per day was well tolerated over four weeks.
