    Dates are on the pics, speak for themselves really. So I'm having shake in the morning with 1 tablet, shake at lunch again with 1 tablet. Main meal between 5-6pm with 2 tablets, I have at times felt slightly hungry so I've had carrot sticks and houmous. Due to my schedule and plans I have sometimes had my main meal at lunch with 2 tablets, and my shake with 1 tablet between 5-6pm basically swapped it round.
